Some of you already know that I had to undergo foot surgery three months ago following a bad fracture.
Unfortunately, just as I was beginning to see the end of this episode, complications arose: an important tendon was ruptured during the operation, and I now need another surgery to repair it.
This procedure is more delicate and will require six weeks of recovery during which I won’t be able to walk. I truly hope that once this is over, I’ll finally be out of this little nightmare that’s been preventing me from working.
The new operation is scheduled for Thursday, March 26. I will be working as usual until Wednesday, March 25.
Third and final procedure on April 7 to remove a pin immobilizing the joints. After that, I will still need to undergo two more weeks of rehabilitation.

What about the return date?
The exact return date will depend on my ability to move properly, as massage places significant demands on my body and support points. I will do my utmost to shorten the rehabilitation period by applying myself with diligence and determination.
In principle, I should be able to return during the week of May 25… if all goes well.
And meditation?
Regarding the meditation group, classes will also be suspended during my recovery period. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to travel to Paris or elsewhere.
However, I remain available — please don’t hesitate to reach out, ask for advice, or share your experiences. Your practice should continue, and I’ll be here to support and guide you.
This is only a temporary setback, as life often brings. In six to eight weeks, everything should return to normal, and we’ll meet again.
See you soon.
